Molly’s love affair with lighting design began in the theater, where she studied and then later taught theatrical lighting design before transitioning to the architectural world. Since then she has lent her expertise to a variety of projects, including commercial offices, educational facilities, and residences of all shapes and sizes. Drawing on her background, she is driven by sculpting the mood of a space using light and shadow, as well as using technical controls to their full advantage. Her favorite projects are ones with a strong concept and a collaborative team.

Beyond lighting, Molly loves traveling the world with her husband, sitting down with a good book, and talking endlessly about cars.
